The three Yellowfish Reefs were named simply for the abundance of yellow fish living there, such as butterflyfish, grunts and goatfish. It is the alternative site used when the weather makes diving the Abu Nuhas wrecks unsafe. Shoals of fish appear often, and sometimes a group of dolphins shows up, attracted by the divers' bubbles.
