Wave Giri lies west of Muli (Muleeh) island and is full of inviting ledges, with caves and ridges to explore. There are soft coral gardens and, on the west side, large coral formations. The variety of fish is wide, with plenty of shrimp, glassfish, snails, moray eels, scorpionfish and shoals of rock cod in all colors. In Meemu you can dive all year round, but the best conditions tend to be in the dry season, from December to April, with little wind and little rain. Around June, the sea in Meemu is sometimes too rough for boats, so it is worth checking with the operator.
