Maldives
The site takes its name from the desert island of Vihamaafaru, which lies right next to it. The island's reef extends west, where the current carved the terrain, suited to a classic drift dive. At the eastern corner of the reef, the swirling water carved open caves at several depths, with light coming in through openings in the ceiling.
