Twin coral peaks at Saxon Reef that rise from a 20 m bottom to near the surface, creating striking underwater reference points surrounded by gorgonians, soft corals and schools of fusiliers. Whitetip reef sharks and trevally circle between the peaks in moderate currents, a popular site among Cairns liveaboards and day-trips.
