Tulobhan Reef sits on the east coast of Boracay, Aklan, with a steady, light current over a coral slope between 5 and 20m. Known for its slow flow that allows extended observation, it shelters parrotfish, fusiliers, small schools of juvenile barracuda and a variety of nudibranchs.
