Laje dos 30 is also known as 30 metros, Trinta or Laje dos Trinta. It lies 5 miles from the coast and has formations that create corridors and tunnels.
Rays, moray eels, ciobas, dentões, turtles and even sharks can be seen there. Local fishers and divers mention the site among those where sea turtles have been recorded on the Ipojuca coast. On this coast, diving tends to be best from October to March.
