Tormentos Reef in Cozumel, with imposing coral heads rising from the sandy bottom at depths of 10 to 18 meters and often-strong currents that provide a spectacular drift. Overhangs and tunnels shelter schools of French grunts, snappers and exuberant reef biodiversity, making it one of the island's best sites for underwater photography.
