Tobia Kebir is an offshore reef in the Safaga area, south of Hurghada, formed by a series of coral pinnacles emerging from 20–25 m. The site is known for spiralling schools of barracuda, whitetip reef sharks and the excellent visibility typical of the outer Red Sea.
