Tobia Hamra (Red Reef) is a coral pinnacle in the Safaga area, south of Hurghada, with a conical structure from 25 m to a few metres below the surface. The name derives from the intense red colouring of the soft corals that cover the pinnacle, and the site is frequented by groups of barracudas and yellow trevally.
