The Kimon M was a cargo ship built in Germany in 1952, previously named Brunsbuttel, then Ciudad de Cucuta and Angela. Her cargo was 4,500 tonnes of lentils, hence the nickname the lentil wreck. The hull was once mistakenly identified as the Seastar or the Olden. For a long time the bow was visible on the reef and served as a warning to passing ships, and the rest of the hull slowly slid along the plateau. Today, batfish are one of the highlights of diving the Kimon M.
