The house reef of the Swisscare Nuweiba Resort is described as one of the best snorkelling reefs in and around Nuweiba. A pair of harlequin shrimp has been recorded on the reef. In Nuweiba, the best time is usually May and June and from September to November. From January to April, the sea in the region tends to get colder and strong chilly winds tend to be frequent.
