South West Pinnacle is the emblematic submerged pinnacle southwest of Koh Tao, rising from a sandy base at 30m to a top covered in anemone carpets at 7m. Schools of barracuda and jacks circling, groupers hidden in crevices and seasonal whale shark visits between March and May.
