The MV Sea Chart (also called "The Teak Wreck") is an 84 m vessel that sank in 2009 while carrying teak wood from Myanmar, resting on its starboard side with the bow at 24 m and the stern at 42 m. The artificial reef already harbors immense schools of barracuda, rainbow runners, lionfish and nudibranchs, making it one of the best spots in the Khao Lak area to sight whale sharks.
