Richelieu Rock is a horseshoe-shaped pinnacle located at the Surin Islands, widely considered the best dive site in Thailand. Moderate to strong currents bathe the purple soft coral reef and fuel an extraordinary food chain, with frequent whale sharks between November and May and manta rays throughout the dry season.
