Brazil
Praia de Fora is a deserted beach with no facilities and soft sand, which sometimes has good waves for surfing. In 2009, there were no houses or kiosks on the beach; there was a freshwater stream in the left corner and huge trees giving shade along its whole length. It is reached by a 30-minute trail from Prainha da Enseada, going down a steep slope. This path is the Trilha da Ponta do Espia, which then continues to the beaches of Tapiá, Itapecerica and Godói, for a total of almost 3 km and about an hour.
