Brazil
The natural pools of Praia do Centro, in Pipa, form along the beach from the Porto to Ponta do Cabo Verde, where a strip of reefs and rocks shelters the shoreline. Small fish, molluscs and crabs hide in these pools. At low tide you can see colorful fish just by looking down, and there is other marine life to watch as well.
In the Pipa area, the sea is usually calmer, with smaller waves, from July to September, while December to March usually brings more waves.
