Pink Beach (Pantai Merah) in Komodo National Park is an iconic beach with pink sand formed by fragments of red coral; the adjacent reef at 5–20 m depth offers excellent hard and soft coral coverage with green sea turtles, nudibranchs, and colorful reef fish. Accessible from the beach or by boat, it is one of the few sites in the park with mixed entry (shore and boat) and moderate currents suitable for intermediate divers.
