North Ari Atoll, Maldives
Panettone Manta Point, in South Ari Atoll (Alifu Dhaalu), is a pinnacle on the eastern face of the atoll with notable reef manta ray activity between February and March. Protected area with high pelagic fish biomass; mantas display open-mouth plankton feeding behavior. Moderate to strong current, intermediate to advanced level.
