Pandan Island (Pandon) in Honda Bay (Puerto Princesa, Palawan) is an oval-shaped island with a white-sand beach and short drop-off. Reef at 5-15m with hard corals, parrotfish, angelfish and turtles. A 30-40min boat ride from the Puerto Princesa pier.
