Coron, Palawan, Philippines
Main wreck site of the Olympia Maru in Coron Bay, a 122m Japanese cargo ship sunk by the American Task Force 38 on 24 September 1944. The hull rests upright with the deck between 10 and 16m and the keel at 30m, densely covered in coral and home to groupers, squid and schools of batfish. One of the most accessible wrecks in Coron for Open Water certified divers.
