Maldives
The name comes from Dhivehi: "beyru" means outer reef, and the site lies next to Naifaru. Naifaru is the capital and most populous island of Lhaviyani Atoll. Turtles, stingrays and soldierfish rest in the overhangs, while moray eels and cleaner shrimp stay in the nooks and crannies. Triggerfish are frequent, and tuna, jacks, sharks and eagle rays pass by in the blue. In Lhaviyani, from December to April the sea is generally calmer.
