Maldives
It is a classic wall dive, at a corner marked by niches where it is always worth looking for hidden animals. The wall is home to several species of shrimp and brightly coloured nudibranchs. In the niches there are stingrays, sharks, moray eels, lionfish and camouflaged stonefish. In the region, the sea usually calms down at the start of December and stays that way until May, before the monsoon.
