North Ari Atoll, Maldives
Moofushi Kandu, in South Ari Atoll, is the channel north of Moofushi resort with strong current that concentrates reef manta rays and grey reef sharks. Channel of 10-30m with sandy bottom; during incoming current, mantas pass in groups of 5-10 individuals. Advanced level.
