Middle Garden is the second of four reefs known collectively as the Gardens and lies in the middle of a large bay between Near Garden and Far Garden. Scattered table corals create the little sandy avenues that gave the Gardens their name. A road of white sand is bordered by Acropora and massive Porites, and fusiliers, pufferfish, triggerfish, dominos, chromis and bluespotted stingrays are constant. Completely shielded from the wind, the site is very popular for navigation and photography dives and is the boats' favourite late-morning lunch stop, so the moorings are often overcrowded.
