In front of the Menaville Resort beach, you may come across turtles that come to feed in the seagrass bed. Amphorae on the sandy bottom show divers the way, and shrimp and moray eels live inside them.
Two small coral clusters are linked by ledges well covered with life. Many Arabian angelfish, octopuses and crocodilefish appear there, and turtles are seen regularly.
In front of the hotel, many dive boats pick up divers in the morning for a day at sea. There is quite a lot of boat traffic around 8:30 am and 3:30 pm.
