Medhu Thila, in Noonu Atoll (North Maalhosmadulu), is a medium submerged pinnacle (medhu = medium in Dhivehi) with the top at 10-12m and flanks at 30m. Soft corals and gorgonians cover the walls; whitetip reef sharks, groupers and schools of fusiliers. Moderate current, intermediate level. Accessible by liveaboard.
