Manta Point (Taka Makasar)

Manta Point at Taka Makasar is the most accessible manta observation site in Komodo National Park, situated over the Taka Makasar sandbank and coral at depths of 5–16 m. Reef mantas (Mobula alfredi) with wingspans up to 5 m regularly visit the cleaning stations; the shallow depth and moderate currents allow unforgettable experiences for Open Water divers and snorkelers.
