Maldives
It is a manta cleaning station: the mantas stop so that cleaner fish can clean wounds and remove bacteria from the skin and mouth. During the southwest monsoon, from April to November, the mantas tend to visit the cleaning station regularly. The reef is called Dhiya Adi Faru, a name translated as 'Low Tide Reef'.
