North Ari Atoll, Maldives
Kuda Thila, in North Ari Atoll, is a small submerged pinnacle with a top at 10m and flanks descending to 25m covered with soft corals and multicolored gorgonians. Whitetip reef sharks and moray eels occupy the cracks; schools of blue-striped snappers and fusiliers surround the pinnacle. Moderate current, good for underwater photography.
