Maldives
The main attraction is six or more coral bombies on the sandy bottom. There are large schools of blue-striped snapper, humpback snapper, fusiliers and gold-spot emperors, and angelfish are common. Occasionally the sling-jaw wrasse can be seen with its jaws extended at the cleaner stations, and there are turtles and stingrays on the sand. In Faafu Atoll, the good season usually runs from October to March, and the monsoon usually covers roughly April to November.
