What makes the site unique is not the coral formations, but the quantity of fish. Schools of hump head snapper are seen at the site, and curious bat fish accompany the divers. A sea channel, the Landhoo Kandu, runs between Landhoo and Kadimmahuraa. In the Kuda-Funafaru area, diving is usually good all year round, and the best season for manta rays usually runs from June to October.
