Brazil
North of Ponta dos Ingleses, Ilha do Badejo is a rugged islet that rises 35 metres above sea level. It was named after the large number of badejos in its waters. It tends to be very popular with fishermen, especially during the anchova season. In the island's waters, anchovas, olhetes, garoupas and badejos are caught.
