Marine sanctuary in the islof Hilutungan (also grafada Gilutongan), west of Mactan is the 11km to the south-southwest of the Shangri-La Mactan, in Cebu. Reef begins shallow a 2m, ideal for snorkel, and descends in sloping wall with turtles, schools of parrots, batfish, drummers, sweetlips-fitand schoals of jacks.
