Half and Half

The name comes from the site being divided into two distinct halves. Caverns and overhangs shelter glassfish, moray eels and varied sponges, and there are also fusiliers, turtles and stingrays. In Meemu you can dive all year round, and the best conditions usually occur in the dry season, from December to April, when the wind tends to be light, the rain minimal and the water very clear. Around June the sea in Meemu is sometimes too rough for boats, so it is worth checking with the operator.
