Habili Radir sits on the Radir plateau and is a collection of large and small blocks cut by numerous channels. It is rarely dived, because anchoring there is only possible when the sea has no waves. There are hard corals in the upper part and soft corals on the wall, with blue fan corals on the east side. The marine life ranges from white tip reef sharks to eagle rays, snappers and many molluscs, and there are schools of fusiliers and mackerels behind the blocks. There is a good chance to see big fish.
