Gota Sataya Soraya is the smaller sister reef of Sataya Gota Kebir, and the name itself says so: "Soraya" means "small". The site is also called the Fury Shoal Garden, a nickname that comes from the large coral garden on the north side.
In this garden there are colonies of brain, flowerpot, table, leather and stag horn corals, and the fish biodiversity is high. At the northern tip stand two large coral rocks. Also in the north, a small path through a cave leads into an inner lagoon covered with mountain corals. Blue spotted stingrays and lionfish hide in the sand.
To the northeast stretches a wide area of coral blocks 3 to 10 m high, where the dive is a navigation dive. Around the coral blocks you will find anemones, moray eels, young reef sharks and turtles, and in the sandy areas you can follow the tracks of the false stonefish.
