Gordon's Rocks is the eroded volcanic crater northeast of Santa Cruz, nicknamed "The Washing Machine" for its strong currents and unpredictable upwellings. The site gathers schooling hammerhead sharks, Galápagos sharks, manta rays, turtles and an impressive variety of pelagic fish. Requires Advanced OW certification and prior experience in strong currents; one of the most rewarding dives in all of Galápagos.
