Maldives
Fenboafinolhu (ފެންބޯފިނޮޅު) is an uninhabited island in Meemu Atoll. In the Maldives, "finolhu", a term found in the island's name, refers to sandbanks. The house reef was once the site of a night dive, on 11 May 2018, when two nurse sharks were a bit active. In the region, May to November is usually the monsoon season, when the wind tends to increase and the sea to get choppier, and around June the sea can sometimes get too rough for boats.
