Faru Beyru, in North Malé Atoll, is the outer face of the reef (faru = reef, beyru = outer) with an abrupt wall facing the Indian Ocean. Grey reef sharks, barracudas and Napoleon wrasses frequent the wall from 5-30m during incoming currents. Moderate to strong current, intermediate to advanced.
