Elephant Head Rock (Hin Pusa) is one of the most iconic formations in the Similan Islands — a pile of enormous granite boulders in open water between islands 7 and 8, with a labyrinth of passages, arches and tunnels between 5 and 35 m. Exposure to open currents ensures excellent visibility and frequent encounters with reef sharks and sea turtles.
