Maldives
Digga Thila is an isolated outcrop in central Ari, 6 km east of the outer, west-facing channel of the southern part of the atoll. It lies submerged and does not reach the surface. In September 2015, a survey carried out at the site had to be interrupted because of the current and the surge. Surveys in 2011 and 2013 recorded storm damage on the reef, with broken colonies of table coral Acropora.
