Corona del Diablo (Devil's Crown) is the partially submerged volcanic crater of Floreana, with a shallow interior rich in colorful corals — recovering Pavona and Porites — and a current-swept exterior that attracts hammerhead sharks, Galápagos sharks and schools of palometas and surgeonfish. Inside the crown: small tropical fish, parrotfish and playful sea lions.
