North Ari Atoll, Maldives
Bathalaa Maagaa Kan Thila, in North Ari Atoll, is a submerged pinnacle in the atoll's interior with top at 10-15 m and flanks descending to 30 m. Soft corals and fans cover the side walls; whitetip reef sharks, groupers and schools of fusiliers inhabit the pinnacle. Moderate current depending on tide state.
