South Ari Atoll, Maldives
Ari Beach Beyru, in South Ari Atoll, is the outer beach reef with a gradually descending wall and sandy bottom. Nurse sharks and stingrays frequent the bottom; soft corals and sponges cover the wall from 10-25 m. Normally weak to moderate current, suitable for beginners and intermediates.
