Maldives
On reaching the large bay at the corner of the reef, you find a true "aquarium", with schools of many different fish: oriental sweetlips, butterflyfish and snappers. Outcrops of coral rock scattered along the reef shelter many fish species. Turtles and tuna are also seen. During the southwest monsoon, from May to November, there is a good chance of seeing manta rays at the site.
