Faadhippolhu, Maldives
Anemone Thila, in Lhaviyani (Faadhippolhu) Atoll, is a submerged pinnacle covered by dense colonies of sea anemones that host dozens of clownfish pairs. Top at 10-12 m with flanks descending to 25 m; whitetip reef sharks, turtles and groupers complete the fauna. Moderate current, exceptional macro photography.
