Abu Hashish Lagoon is the protected lagoon of the Abu Hashish reef south of Hurghada, offering calm shallow waters ideal for snorkeling and beginner diving. The 2–8 m lagoon has hard-coral coverage with clownfish, octopuses and occasional green turtles grazing on the inner seagrass.
